I try juicing every couple of months. When I say I’m going to drink only juice  for 2 weeks, well, I usually fail. It’s tasty, but not as tasty as eating REAL food. In the interest of my happiness I’m going to make reasonable goals and have decided to juice in combination with balanced eating. Right now, I’m trying to stick to salads and light meals. The holiday indulgence has left me feeling lethargic and work being busy zaps any of my remaining energy.  I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets caught up with ambitious goals and I’m probably  not the only one who beats themselves up when they don’t succeed.

So for all of you who wanna be healthy, find a way that works for you and be with people who support you. It will make a big difference.
