hurts so good


Today, my body hurts. And I like it. It’s that good kind of pain, pain brought on by a wonderful yoga session, pain that reminds me that I took good care of my body this weekend. It feels like I’m getting better at it, my arms didn’t tire at all when doing my warrior pose, and my shoulders are stronger than ever. I really need to practice some of the hip openers at home. It would help me greatly if I can continue to stretch them outside of class. My hips are tight~ and they hurt! (in that bad way)
